Digital Delivery Policy

1. Digital Product

Zunlora sells digital credits for online image-background removal. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

2. What You Receive

After payment confirmation, the purchased number of credits is added to your Zunlora account. One credit permits one background-removal request.

3. Delivery Time

Credits are normally added automatically within a few minutes after successful payment confirmation. Delivery can be delayed by payment review, network interruption, or a service incident.

4. Missing or Delayed Credits

If a completed payment does not produce credits, email hello@zunlora.com with your account email and payment receipt. We will verify delivery, correct the credit balance when appropriate, or review the purchase under the Refund Policy.

5. Validity and Contact

Credits are valid for 12 months after purchase unless checkout states otherwise. For delivery or billing questions, contact hello@zunlora.com.
