Privacy Policy
How Zunlora Inc. collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information.
Effective: August 28, 2026
1. Who We Are
Zunlora Inc. ("Zunlora," "we," "us," or "our") is a Delaware corporation that operates zunlora.com and the related online image-background removal services (collectively, the "Services").
2. Information We Collect
- Account and contact data: name, email address, authentication records, and support communications.
- Images and results: images you choose to process and the transparent PNG files produced from them.
- Purchase and credit data: order identifiers, purchased credit package, payment status, credit balance, and payment-provider references. We do not store complete payment-card numbers.
- Device, usage, and security data: browser and device type, IP-derived approximate location, request and error logs, feature activity, cookies, and anti-abuse signals.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide image processing; create and secure accounts; deliver purchased credits; process and reconcile transactions; prevent fraud and abuse; answer support, privacy, and refund requests; maintain and improve reliability; comply with law; and enforce our agreements.
4. Image Processing and Retention
Images are processed only to provide the removal requested by you. When server-side processing is used, images may be transmitted to contracted infrastructure or image-processing providers. Uploaded images and generated results are scheduled for automatic deletion within 24 hours. You should not upload material you do not have permission to process, confidential documents, or images containing highly sensitive personal data.
5. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose the categories above to hosting, storage, image-processing, security, analytics, email, customer-support, and payment providers; professional advisers; authorities where required by law; and a successor in a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal data, process it for targeted advertising, or use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use necessary storage and cookies for sign-in, security, free-use limits, preferences, and core functionality. Optional analytics will be used only with any notice or choice required by applicable law. Where legally required, we recognize valid universal opt-out preference signals. Because Zunlora does not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising, there is currently no sale or targeted-advertising activity to opt out of.
7. Security and Retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. We retain account, transaction, support, and security records only as long as reasonably necessary for the Services, legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and enforcement. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal data; access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of it; obtain a list of categories of third parties to which it was disclosed; and opt out of targeted advertising, sales, or qualifying automated profiling. Delaware residents may exercise the rights provided by the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act, where applicable.
Send a request to hello@zunlora.com with the subject "Privacy Request." You do not need to create a new account. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to authenticate the request. Where the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act applies, we will respond without undue delay and no later than 45 days after receipt, subject to the extension permitted by law.
To appeal a denied request, email the same address with the subject "Privacy Appeal." Where Delaware law applies, we will provide a written appeal decision no later than 60 days after receipt. If an appeal is denied, the decision will include an available method for contacting the Delaware Department of Justice to submit a complaint.
9. Children
The Services are intended for users age 18 or older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child under 13 without legally required parental consent, and we do not sell or use for targeted advertising the personal data of consumers known to be under 18.
10. International Processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use an approved transfer mechanism.
11. Changes and Contact
We may update this Policy and will post a new effective date when we do. Privacy questions, requests, and accessibility requests may be sent to hello@zunlora.com.
