Terms of Service
The terms for using Zunlora's online image-background removal services.
Effective: August 28, 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service are a contract between you and Zunlora Inc. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. The Services
Zunlora provides an online tool that accepts supported image files, processes them to remove backgrounds, and makes resulting transparent PNG files available for download. Features, limits, supported formats, and processing availability may change as the Services evolve.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
4. Your Images
You retain your rights in images you upload. You grant Zunlora and its service providers a limited, nonexclusive license to host, copy, transmit, and process an image only as needed to provide, secure, and support the Services. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for the upload and requested processing.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to violate law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; process illegal, abusive, exploitative, or harmful material; probe or bypass security controls; gain unauthorized access; disrupt the Services; abuse free use; automate excessive requests; distribute malware; or resell access without written permission.
6. Credits and Payments
Credit packs are one-time purchases, are not subscriptions, and do not automatically renew. One credit permits one background-removal request. Unless checkout states otherwise, purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase. Prices and taxes, if any, are displayed before checkout. Third-party payment providers process payments under their own terms.
7. Refunds and Digital Delivery
Credits are delivered electronically after payment confirmation. Refund eligibility and delivery troubleshooting are described in the Refund Policy and Digital Delivery Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.
8. Results and Availability
Automated processing can fail or produce imperfect edges, particularly for low-resolution images, complex backgrounds, hair, glass, mesh, or partially hidden subjects. You are responsible for reviewing results before use. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature for maintenance, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or product changes.
9. Zunlora Intellectual Property
The Services, software, site design, branding, and service content, excluding your images, are owned by Zunlora or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Services under these Terms.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a breach, unlawful activity, security risk, nonpayment, or harm to users or the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Zunlora disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that every result will meet your requirements. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so they may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zunlora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Zunlora's aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid Zunlora during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
14. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date and providing additional notice where required. Questions may be sent to hello@zunlora.com.
